WIZO Receives Gold Rating
WIZO has received a gold rating on the Maala Corporate Responsibility Index. The Maala ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Index, founded in 2003, is a framework used to assess the standards of corporate responsibility in Israel and measures the level of commitment and social-environmental impact of companies and organizations. The intensive audit process analyzes and scores a company based on a long list of criteria.
Each year, the Maala ESG Index rankings are announced at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange with the opening of the trading day. WIZO’s leadership were among the guests invited to press the button that officially opens the stock exchange.
This is the first time a nonprofit organization has integrated into the Maala Corporate Responsibility Index
WIZO received a GOLD rating in several categories, especially in employment standards, diversity in employment, ethics, and responsible corporate governance.
Beyond the field of community contribution, which is the very essence of WIZO as a nonprofit organization, WIZO stood out in the Maala Index in the rankings of employment standards, diversity in the workforce, ethics, and responsible corporate governance. In addition, WIZO was recognized for its intentions to implement improvements in the fields of environmental sustainability and responsible procurement.
