She Day Montreal

A national celebration of women's power, creativity, and voice presented by CHW.

empowered. unstoppable. Creative. Fearless.

SHE IS YOU.

SHE DAY is CHW’s brand-new national event designed to inspire and connect communities across North America.

In Montreal, SHE DAY is celebrated through a Women’s Pickleball Tournament —a vibrant expression of women supporting women.

Pickleball may be fun and social, but it’s also a space where women show their power by building resilience, sharpening skills, and cheering each other on. Every time a woman steps onto the court, she steps into her strength. She is powerful. She is confident. She is supported. This tournament embodies the spirit of International Women’s Day, reminding us that empowerment grows when we lift each other up.

Includes special presentation: Meet the Founders of Ask Elina, your 24/7 AI-powered menopause mentor. (See below for details.)

SPECIAL PRESENTATION

Meet the Founders of Ask Elina

Elizabeth Wasserman and Nathalie Belanger are the co-founders of Ask Elina, a mobile app they created after seeing too many capable women struggle through perimenopause alone—dismissed by doctors, unsupported at work, and unsure where to turn. They are on a mission to help women navigate the menopause journey through technology and community.

Ask Elina is your 24/7 menopause mentor—like a best friend who never sleeps and knows everything about women’s midlife health. Powered by a medical-quality AI platform (developed in Israel), Elina gives instant, individualized, evidence-based answers on symptoms, treatments, nutrition, and fitness. She’ll even fact-check influencer claims. The Ask Elina app also offers a supportive community of women where you can share experiences and tips.

Elizabeth and Nathalie will be at SHE DAY Montreal to chat and share about Ask Elina.

IN SUPPORT OF EDEN ASSOCIATION

Founded in 1997, Eden Association is in the heart of the peripheral communities of the Gaza Envelope* and the Negev settlements with the mission to develop and establish innovative programs for the treatment of girls and women dealing with post-trauma and complex post-trauma. Since October 7, there has been an urgent need for therapeutic support for women.

Untreated trauma worsens over time, affecting mental and physical health, daily life, and relationships. For women, the impact extends to their families, communities, and Israel’s social resilience. With support from CHW, they are expanding their Trauma Therapy Center to prevent long-term suffering, restore hope, and build a healthier future.

The Eden Association opened a new treatment center in the heart of the Gaza Envelope communities, following the events of October 7. This center provides trauma-focused care for girls and women from the northern Negev and Gaza Envelope regions and is strategically located in Kibbutz Dorot, near the city of Sderot.

*The “Gaza Envelope” refers to the Israeli, mostly Kibbutz agricultural communities located within seven kilometres of the Gaza Strip border. These areas, including Sderot and numerous kibbutzim, were attacked during the October 7 massacre.
