PRO-AM RAFFLE 2026

1. Sponsor

This raffle is conducted by Canadian Hadassah-WIZO (CHW) Montreal Centre located at 6900 Decarie Blvd, Suite 3405, Montreal QC, under Class A Raffle License No. L-04807, issued by Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ).

2. Eligibility

• Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older at the time of purchase.
• Tickets may only be purchased by individuals physically located in Quebec at the time of purchase.
• Employees, board members, and volunteers of CHW, and their immediate family members, are eligible to participate.

3. Ticket Sales

• Ticket price: $20 per ticket or $100 for 6 tickets.
• Tickets will be sold from April 16 to July 6.
• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
  
  

4. Draw Details

• The raffle draw will take place on Monday, July 6, 2026, at 7pm at Elm Ridge Country Club.
• The draw will be conducted randomly.
• Winners do not need to be present to win.
  
  

5. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted by phone and/or email using the information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
• If a winner cannot be reached within 60 days, or fails to claim the prize within 6 months, an alternate winner may be drawn.
  
  

6. Prize Claim

• Winners may be required to provide valid government-issued identification to claim their prize.
• Prizes must be claimed within 6 months of the draw date.
  
  

7. General Conditions

• By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to abide by these rules and all applicable laws and regulations.
• CHW reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the raffle in the event of any error, technical issue, or circumstance beyond its control, subject to approval by the licensing authority.
• All decisions of CHW are final.
  
  

8. Privacy

• Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the raffle and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
• By entering, participants consent to the use of their name for promotional purposes if they are a winner, unless prohibited by law.
  
  

9. Compliance

• This raffle is conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (RACJ).
