Amit Banayan, Head of Client and Investors Relations
With a diverse background spanning premium real estate, high-tech, and the medical sector, Amit serves as the Head of Investor Relations at The Israel Canada Group. For over seven years, he has led the department, cultivating trusted, long-term partnerships and managing strategic relationships with clients and investors.
Previously, Amit served as a Business Development Manager for a prominent urban renewal firm in central Tel Aviv, spearheading complex development projects. This followed a successful career holding premium client management positions at global corporations such as McKesson and Philips Medical. His multidisciplinary background enables him to bring a highly analytical, structured, and client-centric approach to real estate investment.
Amit holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya). His comprehensive market expertise ensures that investors receive thoughtful, personalized guidance tailored to their long-term financial objectives.
Shoshana Mezelski, Director of Market Development – Canada
With over 24 years of experience in luxury real estate and investment management, Shoshana Mezelski serves as Director of Market Development at The Israel Canada Group, where she leads the organization’s strategic growth and market expansion within Canada. In this role, she focuses on building trusted relationships and connecting clients to premier residential and investment opportunities in Israel.
Shoshana works closely with members of the Canadian Jewish community, providing thoughtful, personalized guidance to families and investors seeking to deepen their connection to Israel through real estate. Her approach is relationship-driven and grounded in trust, discretion, and a clear understanding of her clients’ long-term objectives.
Beyond her professional work, Shoshana is actively engaged in grassroots initiatives that combat antisemitism and advocate for Israel. Her community involvement reflects a strong commitment to Jewish leadership, continuity, and meaningful impact.
Jonny Daniels, Author and Influencer
Born and raised in the UK, Jonny Daniels moved to Israel in 2005 at the age of 18. After a year studying in yeshiva and volunteering, Daniels chose to make Israel his home. He was accepted into the elite Paratroopers unit of the IDF, finishing his service as Staff Sergeant.
While still a political science undergraduate at Bar Ilan University, he began working with then Deputy Speaker of Defence, Danny Danon, becoming his Senior Advisor. He went on to work with politicians from Israel, Britain, Sweden and the United States.
In 2013, Daniels founded ‘From The Depths,’ a non-profit organization educating on the Holocaust by sharing the stories of the victims and the survivors. In 2014, Daniels organized a mega-event to mark 69 years to the liberation of Auschwitz, bringing half of Israel’s members of parliament.
Today, Daniels serves as a speaker, Holocaust educator, Israel advocate, strategic advisor specializing in new media, and husband and father of two.
Robert Preisz, MNP Partner and Business Advisor
Robert Preisz, CPA, CA, is a Partner and Business Advisor with MNP’s Accounting and Assurance Services team in Markham. Robert delivers accounting, taxation and advisory services to individuals, owner-managed businesses and corporations. Robert also provides tax planning and consulting services for professionals, including dentists, doctors, lawyers and licensed paralegals. In addition, he has extensive experience providing tax planning and compliance services to non-resident taxpayers with property interests in Canada. Robert believes in taking a close, hands-on approach when working with clients to ensure maximum success in all their business and financial interests.
Robert has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University’s Schulich School of Business and he holds the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1988. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
Yair Givati, Esq. at Haim Givati & Co.
Yair was born and raised in Israel but spent some time in the UK & US to further his education, and understand the “Anglo” mentality. As a native Israeli he understands how to navigate Israeli bureaucracy but is also able to provide a personalized and efficient service to his English-speaking clients and guide them through the process of buying property in Israel. With a passion for law, contracts and taxation, Yair uses his experience and vast knowledge of the taxation system to help his clients find the best solutions for their particular situations. Yair studied law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
